working with Cynet Health to find a qualified CVICU RN in
Minneapolis, Minnesota, 55407! Job Title: Registered Nurse

Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in specialty
required License: Valid State License preferred Certifications:
ACLS, BLS Must-Have: - PA catheter interpretation and analysis
required - Open heart recovery direct from OR strongly preferred -
LVAD/RVAD/Impella and IABP experience required - CRRT with
Prismaflex and ECMO experience preferred Description: Position to
work in the cardiovascular intensive care unit. Shifts will be 3x12
hours during the day. Patient ratios are 1:2. This position does
not accept first-timers. Weekend work is required every other
weekend. No on-call requirement is needed for this position.
Clinicians will float within the ICU community as needed. Block
scheduling is not an option. Candidates must have strong experience
in cardiovascular care. This unit cares for adults and geriatric
patients. The daily census is approximately 24 patients. All
necessary certifications must be verifiable. Candidates will need
to demonstrate competency in various advanced procedures. Strong
communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this
