Description: The Associate DON supports the Director of Nursing in
overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department. This
role involves supervising nursing staff, ensuring quality patient
care, supporting compliance with state and federal regulations,
managing audits, assisting in care planning, and serving as a
liaison between staff, families, and administration. /n
