We are seeking 67 compassionate and skilled nurses (LPNs or RNs) to
support a client with complex care needs, including ventilator
management, tube feedings, and other advanced nursing tasks. This
position offers consistent 12hour shifts (8a8p and 8p8a), and we
are looking for nurses who are confident in highacuity home care,
able to work independently, and committed to providing dignified,

patients in a home setting. Perform routine nursing care to
patients as prescribed by the healthcare provider. Monitor patient
health and maintain accurate records of vital signs and health
progress. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance
and disease prevention Requirements : Valid LPN or RN license in
the state of Minnesota. Experience in home health care or similar
settings is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion
