$82,000 to $110,000 (salaried exempt) based on experience,

Director of Clinical Care, you will: Lead & Develop Clinical Teams
Train, mentor, and evaluate staff while maintaining effective
scheduling and staffing systems. Provide leadership,
problem-solving support, and ongoing professional development to
ensure high-quality care. Ensure High-Quality Resident Care Oversee
resident well-being by collaborating with interdisciplinary team
members, supporting clinical goals, and providing hands-on care as
needed. Foster strong communication with residents and families.
Maintain Compliance & Clinical Standards Implement best practices,
ensure regulatory compliance, and manage medical records accuracy.
Coordinate resident clinical needs with internal teams and external
healthcare providers. Foster Communication & Improvement Promote
transparency, teamwork, and process improvement to enhance care
quality and organizational efficiency. Represent Vivie in industry
events and committees as needed. Other Duties as Assigned The
duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the
nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all
inclusive. This job also requires: Registered Nurse (RN) license in
the state of Minnesota. Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in
clinical care, assisted living, long-term care, or home health.
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook) Demonstrated expertise in Electronic Health Record (EHR)
software, with a solid understanding of patient data management,
scheduling, and charting systems. Knowledge of assisted living
regulations and compliance standards. Knowledge of nursing best
practices, regulatory compliance, and care coordination. Ability to
pass state mandated background check. Physical capability to
perform all essential job functions. Ability to read, write, and
speak English to ensure effective communication with residents,
families, and staff. Additional Details: Employment Type: Salary,
