Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, flexible - Employment Type: Travel /n Job Description/n American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Level IV Neonatal ICU position in Minnesota requiring advanced NICU skills and a current MN RN license. /n /n Responsibilities/n - Work in a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit - Care for critically ill newborns, including pre-term and extremely low birth weight infants - Patient care includes infants with assisted ventilation needs, high frequency ventilators (JET and Oscillator), conventional vents, bubble CPAP, RAM cannula, and HFNC - May explore opportunities for permanent placement after contract completion - Must be proficient in managing ventilation and respiratory support for neonatal patients /n /n Requirements/n - Active MN RN license required - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing - Minimum two years of Level IV NICU nursing experience - BLS and NRP certifications required - Experience providing pre- and post-operative care to critically ill newborns, including those with tracheostomies - Strong knowledge of developmental care for neonates /n Benefits/n - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts /n American Traveler Job ID P-662779.
