Job Description Our Speech Pathologist is responsible for
providing best-in-class care and exceptional patient outcomes,
which involves: /n/n /n/t - /n/t Inspiring professional growth by
providing individualized, one-to-one care for children in an
outpatient setting. /n/t/n/t - /n/t Empowering collaboration
through co-treatment opportunities with physical, occupational, and
speech therapists to enhance patient outcomes. /n/t/n/t - /n/t
Engaging in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and
language disorders to support communication skill development.
/n/t/n/t - /n/t Ensuring compliance and efficiency by maintaining
accurate records, billing appropriately, and documenting sessions
effectively. /n/t/n/t - /n/t Promoting safety and effective
communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
in a supportive clinic environment. /n/t/n /n/n /n/n Essential
Skills, Knowledge & Experiences: /n/n /n/t - /n/t Master’s degree
in speech-language pathology or related field required /n/t/n/t -
/n/t Must be able to obtain proof of current or pending Minnesota
State Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (ASL/SLP).
(Certification is obtained through a state-approved program and is
valid for a minimum of 3 years from the date of accreditation. We
also accept CFYs.) /n/t/n/t - /n/t 2 years' experience working with
children with speech disorders is preferred /n/t/n/t - /n/t Must
possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication
skills /n/t/n/t - /n/t Must be able to work independently and as
part of a team /n/t/n/t - /n/t Must be able to work in a fast-paced
environment while maintaining a positive attitude /n/t/n/t - /n/t
Must possess outstanding time management skills and the ability to
