Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Physical Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel PT Hours guaranteed: 36 hours with 85% productivity standard Schedule: Mon-Fri Days per week: 5 Setting: SNF Volumes per day: 10-20 Any call or weekend coverage: weekend if agreed upon schedule but would be a planned schedule Experience required in candidate: 6months Contract length: 13 weeks location: Martin Luther home Bloomington MN The Good Life MedStaff Job ID 35439958.
