Nurses specializing in NICU care, offering dynamic assignments in
the Eden Prairie, MN area. This travel position allows you to
provide vital care in Neonatal Intensive Care Units across multiple
locations, including Minneapolis, St. Paul, and Coon Rapids. With
eight openings available, you can select a schedule that fits your
lifestyle, working either 0.9 or 1.2 full-time equivalents (FTE)
with 12-hour shifts on nights or days. Weekend rotations occur
every other week, providing a balanced work-life rhythm. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver intensive nursing care to critically ill
neonates in NICU settings. Monitor vital signs, administer
medications, and provide emergency interventions. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized
care plans. Support families through education and compassionate
communication. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to
hospital protocols. Qualifications & Desired Experience: Valid
Registered Nurse (RN) license with specialization in
Neonatal/Perinatal and NICU nursing. Proven experience working in
Level II or III Neonatal Intensive Care Units. Strong clinical
assessment and monitoring skills specific to neonatal care. Ability
to function effectively under pressure and as part of a healthcare
team. Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts with alternating weekend
