Direct Support Professional Open Hours: Champlin: Mondy-Thursday 7:30am-2:30pm Hopkins: Monday-Thursday 9:00am-2:00pm Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm Sunday 3:00pm-10:00pm Maple Grove: Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm Sunday 9:00am-10:00pm Thursday, Friday 10:00pm-9:00am Shoreview: Friday and Sunday 2:00pm-10:00pm Sunday-Tuesday 10pm-9am Richfield: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9:30am-2:00pm Tuesday 9:30pm-9:30am Compensation: $16.00- $17.75 per hour depending on the location. In this role you will be making a difference by: Supporting individuals with daily needs including personal cares Administering medications Cooking and housework Provide constant supervision Transportation to appointments and community events To be considered for this role you must: Carry a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicle Hold an acceptable driving record Possess strong English communication skills Be able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.) Be able to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred All full-time positions offer a generous benefits package, including 50%-70% paid premiums for health and dental benefits, retirement matching, cell phone reimbursement, paid holidays, PTO, etc. Pathways to Community is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
