Allina Health Cancer Institute seeks a fellowship?trained
Hematology/Oncology physician with additional training in
Palliative Medicine/Integrative Oncology . In this pivotal role,
you will help build and lead Integrative Oncology , collaborating
across disciplines to deliver patient?centered, innovative cancer
care in the Twin Cities. Base salary $525,000–$550,000 ,

diagnosis/treatment Robust clinical trials: 50 internal trials and
100 via MMCORC network What you’ll do Provide integrative oncology
care across the cancer continuum (prevention, treatment,
survivorship) Collaborate with medical and radiation oncologists,
surgeons, nutritionists, geneticists, social workers,
acupuncturists, palliative experts, and rehab specialists Partner
with the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing to integrate
complementary medicine and well?being services Participate in
weekly multidisciplinary tumor boards Practice in state?of?the?art
clinics and infusion centers across three metro locations Use the
Epic EMR for coordinated, connected care Contribute to quality
improvement and peer review initiatives Who you are
(Qualifications) MD/DO (or foreign equivalency) ; graduate of an
ACGME Hematology/Oncology fellowship Additional training in
Palliative Medicine/Integrative Oncology BE/BC with ABMS/AOA ; able
to obtain/maintain MN medical license , DEA , NPI Meets
credentialing and hospital privileges criteria BLS certification
within 180 days of hire Program strengths 50,000 patients cared for
annually; 7,500 new cases each year 1 inpatient cancer surgery in
the Twin Cities 1 breast cancer program in the Twin Cities; 1,400
newly diagnosed patients per year 20 oncology nurse navigators
supporting patients and families Pay Pay Range: $525,000 to
$550,000 per year The pay described reflects the starting base pay
range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on
a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your
experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
