Job Description:
Seeking a competent RN with 2+ years experience in Medsurg,
Telemetry, and Intermediate Care to provide independent, complex
patient care according to treatment plans.
Utilizes the nursing process, assesses patient needs, administers
treatments, and documents care effectively.
Provides patient education, addresses psychosocial and cultural
needs, and ensures safety and quality care.
Manages patient flow, assists in unit operations, and demonstrates
flexibility across units.
Follows clinical policies, maintains documentation accuracy, and
ensures medical equipment functionality.
Requires BSN preferred, RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS within 30
days; de-escalation training also required.
Work schedule varies; full-time position.
