Job Description:
MP2 is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
for a skilled nursing facility in Myrtle Point, OR, offering
full-time, part-time, on-call, and PRN shifts, with day and night
options.
Compensation includes a $2,800 sign-on bonus for full-time
employees.
Responsibilities include providing direct patient care,
administering medications, assisting with ADLs, wound care,
monitoring health changes, and coordinating with healthcare
providers.
Requirements: Active LPN license in OR, BLS certification,
geriatric care knowledge, experience preferred, excellent
communication skills, and proficiency with EHR systems.
