Job Description:
This Licensed Clinic Director role supports a care coordination
program within senior living facilities, combining therapy and care
coordination to enhance residents' independence and well-being.
Responsibilities include overseeing patient care, ensuring
compliance with regulations, providing therapy services, and
contributing to program development and quality improvement.
Qualifications required are a degree and active licensure in OT,
PT, COTA, PTA, or SLP, with ASHA certification for SLP candidates,
strong communication skills, and preferably one year of management
