Here, you will make an impact by applying the following skills:Assemble/package manufactured products in accordance to applicable proceduresPerforms all quality checks in accordance with applicable procedures.Escalate quality and other production related issues to lead and line coordinators for redress as well as document tasks and complete DHR records per cGMP standard.Responsible for stocking raw packaging materials for items to be packaged.Understand and follow all work-related policies and seek clarification as necessary to enhance compliance.Document tasks and complete DHR records per cGMP standard.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.Be able to work on 2nd shift.Travel: 0%Relocation Assistance: Not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
