Responsibilities:
- Schedule, maintain and provide the clinical QA reviews for all
analytics produced by the team
- Build and maintain relationships with upstream and downstream
partners to identify prioritize and support continuous improvement
and optimization opportunities
- Participate in the planning of clinical QA testing for
Predictive Modeling team and for analytic systems improvement
projects
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and quality of deliverables
regardless of client data challenges
- Act as Lead for specific client data projects and interact with
technical staff and commercial clients
- Identify opportunities to improve models from the analysis of
predictive model output and suggest ways to improve the models
- Document any clinical QA findings
- Work with less structured, more complex issues
- Work in a cross-matrix environment and serve as a resource to
others
- Identify opportunities to improve the overall true positive
outcome of models by working with the reporting team
- Review medical records to identify additional savings
opportunities for commercial clientsYou'll be rewarded and

you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
- RHIA, RHIT, CCS-P, CPC or RN degree
- 5+ years of healthcare claims experience (e.g. billing, coding,
or auditing claims)
- 1+ years of experience analyzing clinical data
- Experience working with large claims data setsPreferred
Qualifications:
- CPC/CCS-P certified
- Experience using big data tools such as R, Python, Spark,
Hadoop etc.
- Experience building reports with Tableau or Cognos
- Claims editing and/or healthcare fraud experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and
verbal)
- Task oriented and ability to manage multiple projects
- Intermediate Excel experience
- Ability to work independently

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The Salary -range
for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The Salary -range
for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600. -Pay is
based on several factors including but not limited to education,
work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary,
