Established MD/OD group ophthalmology practice is interested in adding a medical retina specialist to their group. The practice has vast resources and infrastructure to get a new associate busy quickly. Based on their current referral patterns they expect to be able to build the new associates practice almost entirely from internal referrals. In clinic a new associate will be provided ample tech support as well as a scribe. This opportunity will provide a new associate with a flexible schedule and great work/life balance. The practice overall, greatly values new technology and advancing the field of ophthalmology through clinical trial research. Buy in is 1 year.
