Product Manager - Clinical Partnerships will be responsible for
building and leading a partnership development process with
multiple stakeholders across the enterprise, delivering best-in
class solutions that can be leveraged across UnitedHealth Group.
This is blue chip work, requiring talent that can challenge
enterprise norms, creatively solve challenges we may have never
encountered and lead change. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work
remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough
challenges. Primary Responsibilities: Working with strategic
partners, implement and manage a framework to evaluate and intake
new partnerships Lead cross-functional teams through partnerships
activities. These may include technology, legal, contracting,
operations, product, and implementation Develop and implement tools
and process to integrate external partners into Optum solutions and
ecosystem Build a robust program for applying client and member
insights to innovation and build solutions that include both Optum
and Partner products Collaborate with other Strategy, Innovation,
and New Ventures leaders on the overall objectives and
effectiveness of Optum Partnerships Analyze industry trends,
customer needs, competitive threats, expansion opportunities, and
internal performance Establish and work within governance teams to
make decisions about opportunities to pursue and investments to
make Develop presentations, documents, and other communications
vehicles to explain the new partnership function, evangelize for
its growth, and communicate its successes Demonstrate solid
executive leadership presence - must be able to step into senior
level meetings to represent the Strategy, Innovation, and new
partnership function Guide and support partnerships through end to
end contracting, implementation and execution of market solutions

Qualifications: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience 5
years of experience in product roles Healthcare industry
experience, condition programs and digital therapeutics
Senior-level experience working with other leaders, including
executives, to manage business performance and strategic direction
Experience leading cross-functional teams, including creative,
technical, and business professionals Proven history of managing
and making innovative products and experiences with external
partners Deep subject matter expertise in digital product
management, strategy, and development Demonstrated financial and
business acumen; proven ability to work effectively with finance
teams to secure funding in support of identified strategic goals
and objectives Preferred Qualification: Corporate development

Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, or New York City Residents Only: The
salary range for Colorado residents is $97,300 to $176,900. The
salary range for Connecticut/Nevada/New York City residents is
$97,300 to $176,900. Pay is based on several factors including but
not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In
