Overview:

Park Dental Eden Prairie is seeking a compassionate, professional Scheduling Manager to join our team-oriented practice. As a scheduling manager you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management.

Responsibilities:
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace work environment
Professional customer service
Effective communicator and team player
Dental insurance knowledge is a plus
Work Schedule:

Monday, 1:30pm-8:15pm
Tuesday, 6:30-2:15pm
Wednesday, 6:30am-2:15pm
Thursday, 6:30am-2:15pm

Saturday (1x/Month) 7:00am-2:30pm
