Musculoskeletal product portfolio. Experience with product
management, development, and working across functional lines to
meet customer expectations will contribute to success in this role.
Able to understand and communicate product performance
expectations, evaluate performance and expand product value and
product penetration. Will work with internal constituents to
respond to client inquiries and serve as the primary point of
contact for designated client markets. May include project
management and involve working with various functions including
clinical operations, sales and finance. You'll enjoy the
flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you
take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, drive and execute a product strategy with respect to
value proposition, positioning, product portfolio(s), distribution
and product features/function
- Manage growth and retention; review product performance against
expectations; formulate and recommend changes to achieve optimal
performance, identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Perform applicable financial analyses to drive product planning
efforts (e.g., cost/benefit analysis, revenue potential/forecasts,
budgets, membership/volume forecasts)
- Engage existing and new key clients for strategic discussions
on market trend impact, current issues and new product
concepts
- Influence innovation & integration across teams to ensure
aligned, cohesive progress across technology, marketing and service
operations
- Participate in the preparation and presentation of program
performance and/or opportunities to current or prospective
clients
- Client interaction and engagement is expected

in. Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, General
Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting or equivalent work
experience
- 5+ years of product management/product development
experience
- 3+ years of Healthcare Product experience
- Client and executive presentation experience
- Business process experience
- Experience with P&L
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals by working
collaboratively with others in a matrixed environment
- Demonstrated ability to execute and implement
- Proven solid analytical abilities, organization and
project/process management skills Preferred Qualifications:
- Clinical program UM product management experience
- Experience working in musculoskeletal program or other highly
complex clinical areas
- Strategy or consulting experience; or engineering/product
design background
- Experience in medical device and/or pharmacy management
- Team building and culture building experience
- Prefer candidates that reside in MN
- Proven self-directed individual with the ability to prioritize
one's work
- Demonstrated leverages critical thinking skills to arrive at
solutions
- Demonstrated ability to effectively deal with levels of
ambiguity - can effectively cope with change, can shift gears
comfortably, can decide and act without having the total picture,
comfortably handles risk and uncertainty
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and achieve
goals
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team
environment in a positive and supportive manner
- Proven excellent written, verbal and interpersonal

Washington residents is $118,000 to $226,800. Pay is based on
several factors including but not limited to education, work
experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary,
