Title: Sales Coordinator
Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a current
Sales Coordinator job in Eden Prairie. This is a long-term temp to
hire opportunity, great opportunity! As a Sales Coordinator you
will perform routine sales and administrative functions as part of
a small team. Looking for a highly motivated and ambitious

Responsibilities for this position include:
¿ Responsibilities include speaking with customers doing quoting,
troubleshooting, and problem solving
¿ Set up and maintaining paper and electronic filing systems for
records, correspondence, and other material
¿ Renewing maintenance contracts for one of our lines of business,
also helping transition contract renewals to a new system and
¿ Provide customers with product samples and catalogs
¿ Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties
and delivery dates.
¿ Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve
problems and to provide ongoing support
¿ Complete forms in accordance with company procedures
¿ Strong computer skills especially Microsoft Excel are needed
¿ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong
customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work
independently and manage one's time.
¿ Responsibilities include working in a small group so good team
work and communication is key.
Pay for this position is $14-16/hr plus overtime as needed. Hours
are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday with overtime as needed.
