In this role: -you will help - lead the AM industry into advanced manufacturing. You will be responsible for Stratasys Industrial Business Unit (IBU) Product strategy and Product functional processes. You will lead Industrial BU strategic planning, product life cycle management and product launch function, product pricing, market research, and competitive intelligence . You will Work directly with product managers to support product functional processes of new product introductions, pricing, positioning and promotions. This role leads cross-functional in-organizational strategic initiatives as well as occasional outside consultants. Direct project work with senior executives, corporate and customers. What you will be doing:

• IBU Strategic Planning, Analysis & Deployment Planning: -
  • Drive and deliver product strategic planswith coordination from product managers, cross functional teams and corporate inputs.
  • Lead prioritization, selection and deployment planning processes. -
  • Market Research & Competitive Insight: -
    • Lead advancing product management in using market research for superior decision making.
    • Develop competitive insights & strategy.
    • Lead new product and price adjustment pricing analysis and process. -
    • Assist product management to develop superior pricing recommendations
    • Product Lifecycle Mgmt & Product Launch Process.
      • Lead PLCM and PLP project management team to significantly improve our product execution effectiveness via process improvements Must have for this role: -
        • 4+ years of progressing Product management with P&L accountability
        • 3+ years of related work experience in relevant functions of strategic planning, pricing, product development processes and product positioning.
        • 3+ years of p roduct positioning, pricing expertise. Demonstrated expertise
        • 3+ years of p roduct Strategy: Demonstrated strategy development skills. Commercial and P&L awareness
        • 3+ years of c hange Management: Demonstrated product strategy delivery management skills and facilitate org change Nice to have:
          • Engineering degree or prior high-tech experience
          • Classically trained product management processes experience
          • Initiative, Interpersonal & Communication: -
          • Self-starter, influencer and ability to work without direct authority and in ambiguous environments, ability to engage in and run healthy conflict.
