SilverCrest Properties, a Senior Living Property Management Company, is looking for a full-time, dedicated, and ambitious Director of Sales and Marketing at our Summit Place Senior Community in Eden Prairie, MN.

The ideal candidate is someone who has a bachelor's degree with at least two years experience in a sales and marketing role preferably in senior living, hospitality, or real estate.

Salary range is $65,000 - $80,000 annually with opportunity for advancement and growth.

Specific duties include:

• Develop marketing and sales strategies that generate new leads that convert to move ins.
• Generating awareness of the community through outreach and building a referral network.
• Selling the community through discovery, presentation, and closing techniques.
• Working with all team members to increase community occupancy and resident satisfaction.
• Supervise and train marketing staff.
• Develop annual budgets to support marketing plans.
