This role will support the Clinical Trial Solutions business for the Life Sciences division of OptumInsight and will be responsible for helping to define highly differentiated business solutions that deliver optimal impact and value to the Life Sciences industry. In partnership with business owners and executive leadership, the product management team supports the Life Science organization in developing and managing product roadmaps to deliver portfolio growth. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as the product champion and subject matter expert for the business and functional partners
• Use your critical thinking skills and solid verbal and written skills to communicate with all stakeholders
• Conduct primary and secondary research to define solutions with high-value requirements, a compelling business case, clear product positioning, priority and strategic impact
• Manage the cross-functional initiatives across the product lifecycle using defined development process
• Partner with stakeholders to enable successful development and delivery of internal and commercialized solutions
• Support ongoing product performance, expansion, financial health, roadmap and end-of-life decisions as appropriateYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience with product or project management skills
  • 2+ years of experience working with customers in the pharmaceutical industry and/or provider industry
  • 2+ years of experience with business requirements, setting project schedules, and developing and managing product roadmaps
  • 6+ months of experience with clinical trial process and / or health outcomes research for pharmaceuticals and/or medical devices Preferred Qualifications:
    • Direct experience with clinical trial operations, technology and/or health outcomes research for pharmaceuticals and/or medical devices
    • Critical Thinking skills
    • Excellent written and oral skills
    • Identifies challenges and problem solves with key stakeholders to reach solutions that meet the needs of customers
    • Drive to consistently meet objectives and maintain focus
    • Self-directed with proven organizational skills and ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
    • Ability to execute on identified deliverables either directly or influencing and driving internal and external partners
    • Resourcefulness-ability to procure detailed data and information
    • Proven ability to boil down extensive research findings into relevant insights
    • Detail-oriented and ability to identify potential risk or problems and recommend path to resolution

The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada/New York City residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
