SilverCrest Properties is currently recruiting for Dining Room Supervisor at our Summit Place Senior Community in Eden Prarie MN.

Your Role:

This is a fast-paced position with excellent growth and advancement opportunities.

Duties include:

• Supervising and assisting in all dining HR functions including hiring, training, scheduling and reviews.
• Maintain sanitation standards for the dining room, server station and dish room.
• Meet all customer service needs as related to food, dining, hospitality.
• Lifting of up to 50 lbs.; helping with food orders and dishes.
• On-call responsibilities with availability between 7am and 7pm, 7 days a week

    • Participate in staff training of dining services procedures, including safe food service practices and procedures.
    • Two years of dining room experience
    • One year of supervisory experience
