Overview: This position is responsible for maintaining a positive
work environment for employees and a positive experience for all
manufacturing customers through planning, coordination,
communication and training. Other responsibilities include,
communication, recruiting, processing employment changes, time and
attendance reporting, payroll processes and onboarding. This
position also performs a variety of management functions with
responsibility for day-to-day operations and processes involving
all departments and supporting the director of manufacturing in all
facets of the business operation.
Day in the Life:
Location: Primarily in office spaces as well as any and all areas
of the facility.
What to Expect: We pride ourselves on maintaining a safe,
efficient, and sanitary manufacturing environment in order to
produce quality products for our customers. In this role, you will
be responsible for ensuring all plant team members enjoy an
engaging hiring, onboarding, and training experience. This includes
regular check ins to ensure hiring managers are monitoring
performance and general new hire needs. In addition, you will be
responsible for delegating and communicating with all facility team
members about new programs, policies, procedures, and initiatives,
auditing and maintaining employee records, accurately processing
and reporting payroll for all departments, and overall creating a
positive work environment for potential and current employees.
Qualifications: Qualified candidates have three or more years'
experience with human resources, payroll, scheduling, and all
aspects of bookkeeping. In addition, prior leadership experience is
desired.
