The Senior Product Manager is responsible for the digital product development for Optum Kidney Solutions, which works with patients and providers to improve the care of individuals with chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease. This position will focus on ensuring strategic digital initiatives are created, prioritized and developed into roadmaps, while being a champion for the digital experience, leading decision-making dialog with a fact-based and data-driven foundation. The role will review digital pilots and deployments against expectations and facilitate changes to improve competitive position and optimal performance.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and drive digital strategy and roadmap in the context of Kidney's mission and broader organizational strategies and goals

Translate strategy into digital products that work in concert with existing services

Own end-to-end digital product management work that includes understanding user and customer problems, solutioning in partnership with development, IT and product teams and delivering features

Develop and monitor KPIs to proactively identify needed intervention or process changes to achieve optimal performance for clients and members

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

5+ years of product management or digital development experience

Experience releasing and shipping production level digital products

Experience in Agile development methodologies and tools (Aha!, Jira, etc.)

Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams comprised of product managers, project managers, marketers and engineering

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with healthcare clinical programs such as care management, wellness, etc.

Experience with dialysis industry or kidney disease

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $97,300 to $176,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $97,300 to $176,900.
