Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm) -In this Lead Technical Product Manager position, the right candidate selected will guide the technology solutions and technical roadmap of new product entries into emerging markets. The selected candidate will work to create systems that work together in a cohesive manner, enforcing standards and methods consistently across the enterprise. This role may support both current system enhancements to meet new market needs, along with net-new technology development. -This position will be responsible for the understanding the go-to-market vision of our business partners, partnering with technical resources to create architecture and technology proposals, and guiding the gathering, documentation and execution plan for all supporting business requirements required for us to win in the market. - -Depending on the supported business line, a 'day in the life' in this function could include creating specifications to bring data into a common structure, gathering new product specifications and proposing adoption models, supporting data solutions to perform outcome analysis, or developing actionable product and technology insights to present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and leadership. - -You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. -Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work in undefined spaces, driving emerging new product offerings
  • Foster relationships with stakeholder committee who will provide guidance to develop product vision and roadmap
  • Drive creation of strategic themes and outline technical capabilities that define long running initiatives
  • Ability to work across multiple products to identify synergies
  • Create and maintain a 3-year product roadmap
  • Document and maintain development roadmap at the capability, feature and user story levels
  • Gather, manage and prioritize customer requirements, incorporating all user feedback (NPS results, user panels, UAT, etc.)
  • Review product performance against expectations and facilitates or influences changes to product portfolio to improve adoption and customer success
  • Predict emerging customer needs and develop use cases and requirements for new features/requirements within the portfolio
  • Influences leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches

    • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
    • 5+ years of experience with the product development process; experience with requirements management, product management
    • Experience using data to support sound business decisions across teams and management
    • Experience succeeding with complex projects and implementation activities
    • Solid strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to align people, strategies and recommendations with business objectives
    • Ability to support all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)Preferred Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's Degree
      • Healthcare experience -
      • Experience working in an Agile / Scrum work environment
      • Experience working with multiple projects, teams, and / or stakeholders simultaneously
      • Experience working on product development, management, or strategy for a product that combines technical and service elements
      • Solid written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
      • Solid analytic, quantitative and problem-solving skills
      • Self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision and drive results with disciplined follow-though
      • Ability to work collaboratively and influence others
      • Ability to identify, investigate, solve, and implement solutions to issues
      • Ability to achieve goals in an ambiguous and matrixed environment

The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $97,300 to $176,900.
