Responsibilities:
- Set standards and best practices for workplace services and
optimize savings
- Hands-On experience in solutioning, designing and implementing
"Workplace-As-A-Service" platforms
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects from the client teams
who will represent Business Unit needs
- Be able to set technical vision and set-out a roadmap to align
IT strategy with business objectives, maturing workplace services
capability and deliver it for our commercial clients
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the client
and internal teams and plan for technology that meets the current
and future needs of our clients
- Collaborate with account delivery teams to establish and
maintain service level agreements (SLAs ) with internal customers
and external stakeholders
- Develop hiring and sourcing strategy to meet the demand for
Workplace services and to continuously optimize the pyramid without
any delivery risk
- Support design and implementation of a resilient technology
architecture
- Assist with the development and testing of effective business
continuity plans
- Establish and manage relationships with vendors, track costing
and timeline of projects and tools to ensure alignment with budget
and negotiate and manage contracts (including renewals) with
providers in coordination with the finance team and business
- Manage all aspects of resource and talent management with a
focus on optimizing productivity and employee engagementYou'll be

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 16+ years of experience in IT delivery services
- 6+ years of team management experience:
- Managing a wide variety of technical teams -
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and Product team to
deliver business and technical outcomes
- Understanding of unified communication services, storage and
backup services, desktop services, print services
- Understanding of Design choices, Implementation and Management
for one or more of the following:
- End User Computing Technologies and transformation, management
trends
- Technologies and SASE architectures enabling Anytime, Anywhere,
AnyDevice access
- VDI Solutions (Citrix, VMWare, AWS Workspaces etc.)
- Application Delivery and Access - -Citrix, VMWare
solutions
- Messaging and Collaboration Technologies - -M365, SharePoint,
Teams
- Zero Trust Secure Network Access - Cisco, Fortinet, PaloAlto
etc.)
- End Point Security Detection and Management - Tanium, McAfee,
Crowdstrike
- Secure User Access Management - CyberArk, Okta , MFA etc.
- End Device Management - -Tanium, SysTrack
- Mobile Device Management - -Intune, Citrix Endpoint, VMWare
AirWatch etc.
- Hosting platforms - -Data Centre, Private/Public/Hybrid
Cloud
- Understanding of platform and product engineering concepts and
frameworks
- Knowledge of Vendor Management
- Knowledge of ITIL, Service Management and Service Desk
- Knowledge of system tracking, analysis, and reportingPreferred
Qualifications:
- Good understanding of Cloud Architecture with experience in:
- Cloud tools and methodologies used
- Examples of migration outcomes and benefits to an
organization
- Knowledge of Security and Risk Management

range for Colorado residents is $113,500 to $218,100. The salary
range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $113,500 to $218,100.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to
education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to
