work.(sm)The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the
partnering with Education Solutions leaders to plan and implement
strategic education initiatives and operational processes. -You'll
enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S.
as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan and drive implementation of new or expanding clinical
education initiatives for new with attention to timelines,
requirements, and communication
- Own the details of operational event planning and execution for
annual educational summit with stakeholders across OptumCare
- Analyzes data and gather facts to improve operations and
strategy through processes or systems
- Serve as operations lead for management of data mining,
analysis and interpretation
- Leverage best practices from existing programs to create
customized, scalable solutions
- Develop, communicate, implement project risk/issue management
plans and strategies
- Support the development of departmental policies and
procedures, including SOPs and job aids
- Develop, document and implement project and communication plans
(e.g., stakeholder communications) and maintain project plan
timelines
- Respond quickly to and effectively manage priorities for
project requests, deliverables and deadlines
- Lead/facilitate meetings to drive execution of initiatives
- Ensure prompt escalation of challenges/issues that will impact
the business and initiative delivery
- Support cross-functional collaboration, encouraging creative
solutions and strategies and emphasizing outcomes and cost
- Ensures appropriate controls are in place to monitor and
maintain results and foster continuous improvement
- Conduct change management activities to secure support for the
change and drive adoption
- Communicate effectively and gains trust by facilitating
discussions, working collaboratively, setting expectations, acting
responsively, and completing deliverablesYou'll be rewarded and

you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in health care, business, or related
field
- 6+ years of project, strategic program development, or related
management experience
- 3+ years of -experience with data analytics and proven
experience of development and implementation of data supported
strategy
- 3+ years of experience with data management and analysis, best
practices and manipulation with the ability to leverage data to
support the development of ongoing strategies
- 3+ years of experience in successfully delivering on
Operational projects in a matrix environment
- 2+ years of experience writing business requirements, creating
business process documentation and developing business case for
initiatives
- Advanced level with MS Office: Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel,
Teams, and SharePoint
- Experience influencing and working with internal and external
stakeholders/resources to move projects and programs forward and
overcome any challenges
- Ability to travel -10% -- -Nationwide - -Team Meetings when
required

Nevada Residents Only: The salary -range for Colorado residents is
$82,100 to $146,900. The salary -range for Connecticut/Nevada
residents is $90,500 to $161,600. Pay is based on several factors
including but not limited to education, work experience,
certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group
