work.(sm)In this position you will be a working manager/Lead
Engineer to lead team members from multiple Scrum teams and be
responsible for developing and supporting business solutions to
many strategic programs. Manage and mentor members of the Scrum
teams to drive consistency and push them to grow. -You'll enjoy the

take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Software Engineers to design, develop, test,
deploy, maintain, and continuously improve software
- Accountable to review and provide team with defined Software
strategy, standards, procedures, tools, and processes
- Partner with business leadership to manage user stories and
project commitments in an Agile framework to rapidly deliver value
to our customers
- Provide management updates, status reporting, and dashboards
from a software perspective to demonstrate product progress and
process maturity
- Provide tracking of program progress, align to business and IT
MBOs, and execute with taking full accountability of the software
development processes for assigned engagements
- Drive and ensure alignment with Engineering peers and tech
leads during strategy, planning and delivery
- Mentor the engineering team to develop and perform as highly as
possible
- Review implementation practices and code implemented by team to
identify and address gaps
- Own the applications' technology stack and drive modern
solutions to complex problems
- Primary contact supporting 1 or more Scrum Teams at any given

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience with professional software
development
- 5+ years Hands-on experience in ReactJS framework
- 3+ years of experience as a Lead Software Engineer or
Engineering Manager functions
- Hands-on experience in all types of software development
including design patterns, algorithms, data structures, schemas and
queries, and system design
- Experience with teams that leveraged CI/CD tools,
containerization, and public or private cloud
- Experience implementing software engineering practices in a
CI/CD pipeline and test-driven development
- Proficiency in creating test strategies, and developing test
plans
- Working knowledge of relational and non-relational
databases
- Excellent understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology
- Ability to align best software engineering process at scale
with Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, and hybrid frameworksPreferred
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with DevOps engineering tools such as Jenkins,
etc.
- Familiarity with Spring Framework
- Experience working in an off-shore / on-shore model
- Prior experience leading a team of Software Engineers in a
large organization -
- Healthcare Industry experience
- Experience in complex projects with division or company-wide
scope
- Experience with Full-stack software development
- Good communicator at all levels of the organizationFull

Colorado/Connecticut/Nevada residents is $97,300 to $176,900. - Pay
is based on several factors including but not limited to education,
