Technical Product Manager are responsible for driving the
development of the Products vision/strategy. The Lead TPM
understands the entire capabilities of the product line and has
tight partnership with the business owners, stakeholders and will
use a defined development process (Lifecycle Management). They are
responsible for partnering with those stakeholders to ensure
successful development and delivery of enterprise wide solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Driving experience/product vision and strategy
- Managing the whole experience/product across the lifecycle
using defined development process (Lifecycle Management)
- Knowing the market to effectively identify and frame new
product opportunities (Ideate)
- Defining solutions with high-value requirements, a compelling
business case, clear positioning, priority and strategic impact
(Define)
- Partner with stakeholders to enable successful development and
delivery of commercialized solutions (Build/Launch)
- Manage ongoing experience/product performance, expansion,
financial health, roadmap and end-of-life decisions as appropriate
(Manage/Sunset)
- Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the
technical/developer community and to the internal stakeholders
- Employs User Centered Design and Design Thinking methodologies
to bring world-class Digital and/or Technology driven products to
market
- Ensures strategic alignment across the product and its
stakeholders, suppliers, and customers
- Identifies and manages existing and emerging risks that stem
from business activities and the job role You'll be rewarded and

you may be interested in. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or 4+ additional years of experience in lieu
of a degree
- 8+ years of experience leading customer-centric initiatives and
lifecycle management for products and/or capabilities
- 4+ years of experience Strategy/Planning, Innovation, User
Experience, Process Engineering, Research/Testing
- Experience with operating effectively in ambiguous
environments
- Experience translating work effort to value
- Demonstrated product and program management experience
- Skills to navigate in a matrixed organization
- Demonstrated business acumen
- Working knowledge of agile principles Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP and SAFE certifications
- Passion for bettering the health care system
- Solid relationship management skills
- Self-starter ability
- Solid communication skills (at all levels of leadership)
- Ability to influence partners/stakeholders with which you have

salary range for Colorado residents is $97,300 to $176,900. The
salary range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $97,300 to
$176,900. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited
to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to
