Job Description:

Projects the candidate will be working on:


  • Clinical product development for Behavioral Health Technology.


    Ideal Background:


    • Healthcare experience, Scaled Agile Release train leadership, experienced release manager or deployment manager with experience working with variety of product and operations and technology partners to deliver.
    • Managing risks and accountable for delivery as well as obtaining commitment from the application scrum teams.
    • Facilitating the cross application dependencies and development of value stories, backlogs and deployment plans.


      Team and Team size:


      • Leading and managing technology workstreams as part of an agile product development team. Working with product managers, product owners to get their backlog into shovel ready state, connecting with technical architects, solutioning, and facilitating estimation.


        Top Responsibilities:


        • Establish/implement/comply with change management processes to drive effective project execution (e.g., launch, deployment, revisions, change control).
        • Collaborate across business and technology work streams on agile roadmap and delivery planning.
        • Accountable for roadmapping, operational readiness, end to end delivery.
        • Obtain agreement from applicable stakeholders on schedule, time management and resource plans, and negotiate changes/adjust implementation plans as needed.
        • Risk and issue management.
        • Monitor and report progress throughout the project life cycle, using appropriate implementation planning and scheduling tools (e.g.,dashboards, metrics).
        • MS office suite (Powerpoint, Excel)
        • Rally (Agile workflow tool).

                                    Skills/attributes:


                                    • Setting up release management governance for a new product implementation (5+ years experience)
                                    • Skilled in managing risks and issues (5+ years experience)
                                    • Scaled Agile (SAFE) experience 2+ years
                                    • Waterfall experience 5+ years.


                                      Nice to have:


                                      • Industry Certification(s): Agile / Scrum, SAFe, Lean Methodology, and/or Project Management
                                      • Health care industry experience strongly desired
                                      • Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) implementation and delivery
                                      • Experience with CA Agile Central (Rally)
                                      • Ability to lead and influence large matrix teams both on and off-shore
                                      • Experience with supervisory responsibilities preferred
                                      • Experience in successfully managing multiple programs/projects simultaneously.


                                        Interview Process:


                                        • a. How many rounds? 3
                                        • b. Video vs. phone? Video preferred
                                        • c. How technical will the interviews be? Technical in terms of deployment and release management as well as cross team program management.
