Genesis10 is seeking a Business Side Healthcare Project Manager for a contract position with our client in Eden Prairie, MN. Work will be mostly remote.Summary:Projects require a Sr. Project Manager support to create project charters, validate in-scope/out-of-scope, assist in the creation of roadmaps, updating cost-benefit analysis details, creation and maintenance of project plans, RASCI, IRAADs, operational readiness plans, status reporting, and facilitation of various meetings to keep matrixed project teams focused on initiative goals and milestones.Responsibilities:* Creation and management of project management plans (identification of milestones, deliverables, tasks); excel based project plans a must; Microsoft Project experience optional* Identification, mitigation, and management of issues & risks through IRAAD* Identification and documentation of stakeholders, roles & responsibilities, and decision makers through RASCI documentation* Creation of roadmaps and status reporting through use of PowerPoint* Creation of project Charters in Word* Identification of change management components to ensure operational/business adoption success and integration into project plans* Collaboration with Operations, Product, Technical, Business Analyst, and other delivery or stakeholder teams.* Meeting facilitation, clear and concise communication in a variety of formats (verbal, status slide, emails, etc.)Qualifications:* Advanced: Excel (project plan, IRAAD, RASCI), Visio (process flows), PowerPoint (status slides, kickoff decks, roadmaps), Word (Charters)* Moderate: Excel (user acceptance testing plans, change management plans)* Basic/Standard: Outlook, Teams, Jabber, SharePoint* Preferred: Aha/Rally* The ideal candidate will have strong business analyst skills (process flows, soliciting/writing requirements, agile/scrum knowledge, writing user stories, and user acceptance testing) as their primary skill set.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, apply today!Genesis10 provides access to career opportunities with over 40 clients in the Twin Cities.
