Job Description Job Description Job Title: Quality Technician Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Quality Technician to support inspection, measurement, and continuous-improvement activities within our production environment. This role is responsible for conducting inspections, developing measurement programs, maintaining documentation, and ensuring that all products meet strict quality and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and experienced with precision measurement tools and quality-control methodologies. Responsibilities Conduct inspections to ensure products meet quality and regulatory standards. Develop measurement programs to support quality improvement. Maintain accurate documentation of quality control processes. Utilize precision measurement tools effectively. Support continuous improvement activities in production. Essential Skills First article inspection CMM programming GD&T knowledge CNC machining and lathe setup Blueprint reading Inspection Quality control Quality assurance Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with quality and first article inspection Proficiency in CMM programming Why Work Here? Work Environment The position is for the 2nd shift with the option to work 4 ten-hour days or 5 eight-hour days. Flexible start times allow for shifts to begin as early as 12 PM or as late as 4 PM. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $83200.00/yr.
