Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Process Technican in Eau Claire. This is a temporary to hire opportunity. Responsibilities for this Process Technician job include:
o Mentor and train production operators in proper equipment
operation and assembly techniques.
o Develop new product processes focused on achieving the highest
manufacturing yield.
o Recommend process improvements, tools, jigs, and fixtures as
needed.
o Lead process parameter development and validation activities.
o Lead development of equipment set-up, operation, and
troubleshooting.
