Responsibilities: - Develop and implement individualized education
plans (IEPs) tailored to each students unique requirements -
Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and

students with disabilities - Assess and monitor student progress,
adjusting approaches as necessary to ensure growth and achievement
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with
state and federal regulations Desired Qualifications and
Experience: - Valid state teaching license or certification in
Special Education - Experience working with students with a range
of disabilities in a school setting - Strong communication and
interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members
and families - Ability to adapt instructional methods to meet
varied learning styles and needs - Commitment to fostering a
positive, inclusive classroom environment Location: - Anoka,
Minnesota Contract Type: - Fixed-term contract This position is
