We are seeking an Experienced Boiler Installer to join our dedicated team and help deliver high-quality hydronic heating solutions to our customers. Work hours: 7 am - 3 pm Monday to Friday, overtime as needed Pay Scale: $25 - 35/hr, depending on experience Our Benefits 50% company-paid health insurance for the employee Vision and dental insurance available for purchase 6 paid holidays Paid vacation 401(k) with up to 4% company match Company take-home vehicle Company phone Company-paid industry-related training Company support with acquiring industry-related certifications Position Summary: To install, replace, and commission residential and light commercial boiler systems, including hydronic heating equipment, piping, controls, and related components, while ensuring safety, efficiency, and superior customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Minimum 2 years of boiler installation experience Strong knowledge of hydronic heating systems, piping layout, venting, and code requirements Ability to read and interpret blueprints, piping diagrams, and technical manuals Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe-fitting tools, and testing equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship Excellent communication and teamwork skills
