Overview This is a high-impact role overseeing and estimating heavy
civil construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
The position focuses on earthwork, demolition, utilities, and
specialty contracting, with opportunities to work on both public
and private sector projects. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases
of heavy civil construction projects, from bidding to closeout
Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals for public and
private bids Review blueprints, specifications, and related
documents to define scope and pricing Collaborate with field crews,
subcontractors, and vendors for project execution Monitor budgets,
timelines, and progress to ensure on-time and within-budget
delivery Conduct site visits to assess risks and ensure operational
success Build and maintain strong working relationships with
clients Requirements Requirements 5 years of experience in heavy
civil construction project management and estimating Hands-on
experience with earthwork, demolition, or underground utilities
projects Ability to interpret and analyze construction documents,
drawings, and specifications Proficient with project management and
estimating software Strong communication, time management, and
organizational skills Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management,
