Your work will include: Preventative maintenance and general repairs Light handyman tasks: fixtures, bulbs, ceiling tiles, doors, etc. Basic construction & finish work: painting, patching, light carpentry Working hands-on with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems Operating BAS (Niagara) and building MEP systems Supporting tenant improvements and ensuring top?tier service Participating in an on?call rotation (with 5–6 other technicians) What You Bring Special Boiler’s License (Required) 5 years of experience in HVAC service EPA Universal Certification (preferred but not required) 1 year of facilities maintenance experience Strong customer service mindset — 90% tenant occupancy means daily interaction Ability to troubleshoot, communicate clearly, and work independently Work Environment Mobile role supporting 12 property campuses All commercial/healthcare ?related tenants Well-structured team with excellent support and career growth Chance to influence best practices and eventually mentor junior techs Ready to Take the Next Step? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $93600.00/yr. 100% Premium health insurance / 50% family $1000 HSA/year, 3% 401K match (simple and roth) PTO/7 paid holidays, dental/vision; short/long-term disability Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Oakdale,MN.
