Location: Mankato, MN & surrounding areas Pay: $27–$30 per hour (based on experience) About the Position Career Strategies, Inc. , a national apartment staffing firm, is hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians to support residential communities in the Mankato area . This role focuses on maintaining apartment homes, completing work orders, and assisting with unit turns while ensuring high property standards. Responsibilities Complete apartment unit turns (painting, drywall, flooring, appliances, fixtures) Respond to and complete maintenance work orders promptly Perform preventative maintenance on building systems Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances Maintain common areas, grounds, and mechanical rooms Participate in on-call rotation as required Follow safety procedures and company/property policies Requirements 2 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Boilers license a plus (property dependent) ZrMSP
