Position Summary We are seeking a general maintenance professional
to join our team at Aeon's 88-unit permanent supportive housing
apartment community, Mary Hall. Mary Hall is a historic building in
Downtown St. Paul, currently undergoing a complete redevelopment
and is set to open in early 2026. Mary Hall will provide housing
for veterans experiencing homelessness, individuals who are
high-priority homeless clients, and others who need affordable
housing. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for all
aspects of the physical operations of our apartment community that
includes the responsibility to ensure that Aeon standards are met
in each of the following areas: preventative maintenance, safety
and security, physical condition, market appeal, customer service
promises, and utility conservation standards. This position will
also support the general upkeep of the property including regular
trash removal and trash chute management. The Maintenance
Technician will report directly to the Property Manager. Key
responsibilities include, but are not limited to: The completion of
all maintenance service requests as assigned by performing a wide
variety of general maintenance and repair functions including:
Plumbing Electrical Appliance repair Air handler and general HVAC
maintenance Lock changes Apartment turnovers Preventative
maintenance Installation and repair of window coverings, doors,
cabinets, light fixtures, etc; Regular trash chute maintenance and
management Regular Inside/outside debris removal Seasonal duties:
light snow removal, salting/sanding Skills & Qualifications Must
have a demonstrated skillset in general apartment maintenance.
Ability to engage in interpersonal communication that is culturally
responsive, ensuring consideration for differing needs and
expectations. Must have a commitment to learning and participating

excellence. Possess a prideful work ethic and be a team player.
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and vehicle insurance is
required. Own basic tools. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand,
walk, reach, climb, bend and kneel for extended periods. Ability to
conduct property tours and inspections including but not limited to
walking through hallways, stairwells, leasing offices, common
areas, and vacant or occupied apartment homes. This may involve
navigating multiple floors and uneven surfaces. Ability to lift up
to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to
reach above and below shoulder height. Ability to use hands and
fingers to grasp, twist and pull. Ability to work in varying
external weather conditions Ability to quickly respond to sights
and sounds that may pose a threat to persons or property.
Certifications/Licenses Candidate must currently have and/or be
able to obtain the following certifications within the first six
months of employment with Aeon. Aeon will support the Maintenance
Technician with obtaining these certifications through training
classes and/or by paying licensing/certification fees where
applicable: Special Boiler's License Compensation, Hours & Location
This position has a range of pay between $25-$28/hr depending on
experience and skillset. Aeon offers a comprehensive benefits

Maintenance Technicians at Aeon have NO On-Call! This full-time
position follows a Monday – Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5:30 PM.
Flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the role,
including occasional adjustments for resident events, community
activities, meetings, or other property-related responsibilities.

occasional work at Aeon's Central Office, training facilities, or
