Job Description:

Primary Objective of Position: The Sr. Specialist, Product Marketing will work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to develop a customer value-focused marketing strategy for our motor homes - Class A, C, and camper vans, as well as digital products.Key Areas of ResponsibilityWork with Product Teams, Sales, Digital Teams, Engineering, etc. to develop and maintain subject matter expertise on our Class A, B, and C products, as well as digital.Develop and execute product-specific strategies, including analysis of target markets/consumers and how to best introduce products into the marketplace.Engage in the New Product Development process to manage and execute various marketing deliverables.Develop, produce, and approve product marketing materials, including content, coordinating ad agency support, managing photo units, and scheduling photography.Work with interior and exterior styling and vendors to develop and produce decor support materials for the website, District Managers, and dealers.Maintain and create product detail pages on the website. Become an expert in DynamicWeb to assure the website is accurate and up to date.Administer and approve product preview sheets as needed to support new products prior to brochure release. Includes floorplan-specific preview sheets for shows.Administer and monitor the department procurement and movement of products used for photography/video needs. Includes both brochure and lifestyle photography and video. Travel to lifestyle shoots to assure the product is being shown in the correct light.Attend shows to support marketing initiatives and/or product launches. Expected travel: 30 percent.Monitor the status of corporate trademarks to ensure proper usage-including documentation of initial trademark requests to the Legal Department and subsequent trademark status changes. Communicate trademark status as needed internally and to d agencies.Assist the training department with the development of materials for the knowledge management system.Other duties as assigned based on business needs.Critical CompetenciesOutstanding partner relationship, collaboration, and communications skills, ability to influence while maintaining positive relationships, and a solid comfort level interacting with management and stakeholders.Comfortable working autonomously and driving projects to completion.Self-starter, with a high level of initiative, and self-motivation with a proven ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.Track record of implementing strategic, proactive, and innovative marketing strategies and communications programs that excite, persuade, and enlists highly technical audiences with outstanding resultsComfortable presenting to external and internal audiences. Demonstrably strong writing and communication skillsExcellent verbal and written communication; project management; DynamicWeb, team player; basic MS OfficeEducation & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field and/or prolonged course of study in a business- or job-related field or equivalent experience3+ years of relevant marketing, advertising, and/or branding experienceThis position may require travel to other Winnebago locations and shows
