Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Specialist is accountable for developing content and deploying the digital efforts supporting the overall marketing strategy of The Marek Group family of products. Influence and accountability for this role includes content development for lead generation, inbound marketing and overall web presences through all channels via our marketing tech stack. This role will be responsible for continual content development and improving the response of all inbound and outbound campaigns. As the digital landscape continues evolving, it---s important that the Digital Marketing Specialist stays up to date with the latest trends both digitally and in the SaaS and Cloud Software industry. Principal Responsibilities : Develop relevant content for inbound marketing, demand generation (outbound), lead management, and automated digital marketing programs. Distill/edit content to create engagement using original and 3rd party content; manage the distribution of this content by persona type to our targeting audiences. Copywriting and editing. CRM maintenance across all Marek Group & Triptych properties Work cross-functionally (with Marketing, Product, Sales) to understand our audience and drive engagement Take data and develop stories and themes for overarching campaigns that impact customer pain points Optimize ABM programmatic ad placement and content development Qualifications: College degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent. 1 years marketing and content development experience Demonstrated proficiency in various marketing automation tools (or similar) (CRM, marketing automation, social media) Excellent active listening and written communication skills, with the strong ability to influence people through writing Ability to pivot and handle shifting priorities Self-starter with a passion for all areas of marketing Additional Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of Account-Based Marketing strategies and persona-based campaigns Experience in video creation and/or editing proficiency Advertising creation and placement Agile marketing experience Benefits: Competitive Paid time off benefits including: 9 Paid Holidays, which include the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve 1 Paid Floating Holiday designated by the employee Health, dental, and vision insurance, Health Savings Account (with company match of up to $250 a quarter) 401(k) with Company Match Employee Assistance Program provides confidential 24/7 support, resources and referrals for every aspect of work and personal life.
