Other responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, scheduling emails, managing deliveries, and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business operations. Schedule: Tuesday: 9 am-5 pm Wednesday: 9 am-5 pm Thursday: 9 am-5 pm Friday: 9 am-3 pm Saturday: 9 am-2 pm Compensation: $19 - $21 hourly Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors with a warm smile, ensuring they feel valued and heard. Answer phone calls promptly, providing clear and helpful information to callers. Manage and respond to emails efficiently, maintaining a professional and friendly tone. Schedule appointments. Handle outgoing mail, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, creating a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff members alike. Qualifications: Experience in a receptionist or customer service role, ideally within the healthcare industry. Ability to communicate clearly and warmly, both in person and over the phone. Proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area. Proficiency in using email and scheduling software to manage appointments and communications. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
