Job Description Job Description Receptionist- Dental Call Center Interim Healthcare is looking for caring individuals like you to join our growing team! As a Dental Call Centetr team member, you are an integral part of the patient experience in a clinic! From scheduling appointments to greeting patients as they check in, you are often the first impression that patients have with the clinic so you set the tone and make a difference with each interaction. Possible call center and date entry positions as well. Pay: $30.74 to $32.86/ hour depending on experience. Hours: Three positions are available: 7a-3:30p, 8a-4p and 9a-5p Location: Bloomington, Mn Receptionist-Dental Call Center Responsibilities: - Answering phone promptly - Patient registration - Accepting insurance co-pays - Assisting with appointments, and referrals to specialty clinics - Insurance and demographic information updates - Administrative duties as needed Qualifications: -Medical Reception or Administrative Assistant and/ or call center experience preferre - Epic experience preferred -High School Diploma -Good phone etiquette -Attention to detail -Ability to articulate communication -Must have great attendance and punctuality!
