C.H. Robinson is seeking a Financial Planning & Analyst Manager
on our growing Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
team. In this role, you will lead the creation of key initiatives
and act as a partner in forecasting and planning for multiple
business units and shared services. You will help implement
strategic business decisions, complex model building, and sound
financial management. In addition, you will coach and develop

busy life demands.Responsibilities:Lead annual budgeting and
ongoing forecasting processes in support of a cross-functional
leader(s)Consult, guide, and influence business partners on
budgeting and forecast outcomes guidelines, philosophy, and
approachSupport and collaborate with higher level internal and
external stakeholders to influence data-driven recommendations for
financial planning and strategic decisionsProvide monthly,
quarterly, and annual financial management reports and works with
stakeholders on escalated items and ad hoc requestsLeverage
understanding of business impact to make recommendations on and
influence decision making with regard to financial management of
the businessLead cash flow analysis and financial modeling for key
projects to understand return-on-investment (ROI) and financial
projections for key projectsLead process improvement initiatives to
key financial planning and analysis activities, including end user
tools and resourcesLead the implementation of reporting and
analytical tools ensuring stakeholders are equipped with the
necessary information to make informed business and financial
decisionsPartner with corporate finance organization to build and
enhance reporting and analytical toolsParticipate in the design and
testing of reporting and analytical toolsServe as the subject
matter expert by staying current on industry/market best practices
and sharing knowledge with the teamRequired
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from accredited college or
university in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or
related majorMinimum 5 years of professional experience in
Financial Planning & Analysis and/or other Finance-related
rolesAbility to travel up to 10% (domestically and
internationally)Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree from
accredited college or university in Finance, Business
Administration, or related majorData analytics, financial analysis,
and accounting skillsExperience with finance technology - i.e.,
Oracle, Essbase, TM1Experience with Continuous Improvement, Lean or
Six Sigma tools and processesExperience leading and mentoring peers
and junior staff membersAbility to communicate effectively and
build strong relationships across all levels of the
organizationDemonstrated ability to effectively influence and
consult with multiple stakeholders at a variety of levelsTeam
oriented and thrives in a collaborative environmentDeadline and
time management oriented and able to manage multiple competing
prioritiesThrives working autonomously in a rapidly changing,
