Job Description:
As a Corporate Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a
critical role leading and enhancing the corporate forecasting,
budgeting processes and partnering with senior business leaders to
influence financial results. In this role, you will be responsible
for preparing monthly and quarterly financial insights and reports,
annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, profitability analysis,
return on investment modeling, and providing thought-partnership
and financial guidance to global divisional Finance leaders at C.H.
Robinson. You will provide guidance and act as a resource to team
members. This role primarily interacts with internal stakeholders
and business leaders in support of generating value for the
Enterprise.Our combination of work from home and work in office

life demands.Responsibilities:Lead the enterprise annual budgeting
and ongoing forecasting processesConsult, guide, and influence
business partners on budgeting and forecast outcomes guidelines,
philosophy, and approachProvide monthly, quarterly, and annual
financial management reports and works with stakeholders on
escalated items and ad hoc requestsUse month-end financial
information to prepare compelling, actionable analysis, and
insightsLeverage understanding of business impact to make
recommendations on and influence decision making regarding
financial management of the businessSupport and collaborate with
higher level internal and external stakeholders to influence
data-driven recommendations for financial planning and strategic
decisionsLead cash flow analysis and financial modeling for key
projects to understand return-on-investment (ROI) and financial
projections for key projectsProvide indirect leadership and
mentorship to FP&A team membersPossess in depth knowledge and
breadth of industry best practice and be aware of industry best
practices and applies to CHR financial planning and analysis
methodologiesProactively identify and highlight key, actionable
areas for improvementIdentify and make data-driven recommendations
regarding business decisions and financial plansLead process
improvement initiatives to key financial planning and analysis
activities, including end user tools and resourcesOther duties or
responsibilities as assignedRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's
degree from accredited college or university in Finance, Business
Administration, Accounting, or related majorMinimum 5 years of
professional experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or other
Finance-related rolesAbility to travel up to 10% (domestically and
internationally)Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree from
accredited college or university in Finance, Business
Administration, or related majorData analytics, financial analysis,
and accounting skillsExperience in Financial Planning and Analysis
(FP&A)Experience with finance technology - i.e. Oracle,
Essbase, TM1Highly proficient in ExcelExperience leading and
mentoring peersAbility to communicate effectively and build strong
relationships across all levels of the organizationDemonstrated
ability to effectively influence and consult with multiple
stakeholders at a variety of levelsDemonstrated ability to navigate
in a matrixed organization with multiple competing
prioritiesDemonstrated ability to coach and develop more junior
