Primary Responsibilities:

--- Apply customer payments in ERP system
--- Research customer payments and accounts - Ensure payments requested are accurate prior to processing
--- Prepare Customer Refunds - Research and gather required backup for refund
--- PCI and PHI compliance knowledge is a plus: Since we are a public company, to exercise best practices
--- Outlook group mailbox - triage the inbox emails by moving emails to appropriate places
--- Ticketing system - assign tickets throughout day to appropriate co-workers
--- Complete vendor ACH forms
--- Unidentified payment research
--- Exemplary customer service

Required Qualifications:

--- High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR 4+ years of accounts receivable experience
--- 1+ year of Cash Application experience
--- 1+ year of experience with accounting software such as Peoplesoft or similar programs
--- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including creating pivot tables for reporting purposes and completing V-lookups
--- Ability to work on-site in Eden Prairie, MN on a hybrid basis
