life's best work.(sm) The Associate Director of Sponsorships
Operations will be responsible for developing, refining, and
managing the processes and capabilities that maximize the
effectiveness of our sponsorship assets in support of Enterprise
growth, brand, social responsibility and employee engagement
priorities. Additionally, this role will be accountable for the
hospitality management tool suite as an administrator and user
support specialist and delivery of key performance indicators
reporting. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sponsorships
and Growth this person will play an integral role support our
businesses as we work to create a simpler, more personal, and more
cost-effective health care system for the people we serve. You'll
enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the
U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary
Responsibilities:
- Key responsibilities will include:
- Operational Process Management and Effectiveness:
- Establish and implement best in class tools and processes to
increase visibility and utilization of our sponsorships assets and
improve communication with the businesses we support
- Build and maintain standard operating procedure documents when
appropriate to capture process flow and best practices
- Align with finance on budget and execute processing of invoices
and partner expenses
- Manage day-to-day decisions in support of Sponsorships
operations
- Track and communicate progress against plans, goals, and
objectives, identifying suggestions to remediate
- Support vendor contract negotiations process (e.g., master
service agreements, statements of work, etc.)
- Hospitality Management Tool Suite:
- Become the subject matter expert for our enterprise hospitality
management asset suite
- Support end users in periodic training in collaboration with
the tool support team
- Support ongoing system maintenance and ensure that all
partnership events are setup for end user access accurately
- Supervise ticket requests end-to-end for Enterprise and local
health plan sponsorship assets
- Partner with Sponsorships Growth lead to produce actionable
insights and reporting to help growth leaders maximize the utility
of our sponsorship assets in support of Enterprise KPIs
- Measurement and Reporting Analytics:
- Support and strengthen relationship with measurement and
analytical services vendors across social media, broadcast, and
other media assets
- Manage relationship with sponsorship valuation vendor
- Provide day-to-day guidance for external vendor report delivery
and priorities
- Maintain and optimize Sponsorship's dashboard, including API
calls and other data sources
- Delivery of required reporting cadence in support of internal
team and marketing leadership requests
- Partner with matrixed organizations to gain access and report
on key growth metrics, including revenue, attribution model, and
net promoter scores
- Special Projects:
- Partner with SVP, Sponsorships and Growth on special ad hoc
projects as assigned. Example of project work may include but is
not limited to: Environmental scanning, sponsorship portfolio
analysis, new pursuit valuation, trends and best practices
reporting You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in

Qualifications:
- BA/BS of equivalent experiences (MBA or other advanced degree
preferred)
- 5+ years of analytical focused roles (consulting, investment
banking, or Fortune 500 preferred)
- Experience with business intelligence dashboards and CRM tools
(e.g., Domo, Tableau, SalesForce, Solaris)
- Proven work successfully managing reporting and operational
processes
- Background in software as a service tool support and
administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tool suite (e.g., PowerPoint,
Word, Excel, Visio)
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this

York City Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents
is $97,300 to $176,900. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada/New
York City residents is $97,300 to $176,900. Pay is based on several
factors including but not limited to education, work experience,
certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group
