role within the rapidly growing Optum HouseCalls division within
UnitedHealth Group. HouseCalls is a service offered by Optum to
eligible members, where a Nurse Practitioner visits the members
home once a year to conduct a thorough medical health assessment on
the member. This is a highly sought after service in the Medicare
market with positive clinical benefits for our members and the
company.As a Senior Business Process Analyst , you will be vital to
our success and will help drive future growth. In this role you
will be responsible for developing strategies, driving process
improvements, and building collaborative relationships with our
stakeholders to help achieve our performance and financial
commitments. You will be empowered to make decisions and drive
value as you identify opportunities to improve our operational
processes through the use of data and technology leading to growth
of our business and to enhance our mission of helping people live
healthier lives.Youll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from

challenges.Primary Responsibilities:
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, manage
multiple priorities and deadlines, be detail-oriented and work
independently as well as in groups
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications
skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and strategic skills. Must have ability to
analyze data and results and understand implications
- Innovative thinker capable of operating both in a hands-on /
execution capacity (detail-oriented, conscientious) as well as a
strategic capacity

- Communicate and lead in a manner that fosters collaboration,

in.Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate Degree (or higher) in Business, Finance, Health
Administration or related field OR 4+ years of equivalent work
experience
- 2+ years of experience in the healthcare, managed care, or
health insurance field
- 2+ years of experience with problem investigation and
resolution skills
- 2+ years of experience with process improvement
- 2+ years of experience leading projects
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and
SharePointPreferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of strategy and execution experience
- Ability to participate in a hybrid work environment (remote and
commuting to Eden Prairie, MN)
- Experience working with cross functional teams
- Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization
skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
- Ability to complete work assignments and achieve results in a
matrix and sometimes ambiguous work environment
- Demonstrated experience with process improvement and/or
evaluation of business processes
- Organizational and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and
concisely

Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100
to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada/New York City
residents is $72,800 to $129,900. Pay is based on several factors
including but not limited to education, work experience,
certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group
